Vietnam: The main altar in the Ambassadors' Pagoda (Chua Quan Su Buddhist temple), Hanoi

The official centre of Buddhism in Hanoi, Chua Quan Su or Ambassadors' Pagoda is named for an ambassadorial guesthouse that once stood here in the 15th century. The present pagoda dates from 1942 and houses images of the past, present and future Buddhas.
