The Yūsufzai, also called Yousafzai, Esapzai or Yūsufī, is one of the tribes of the great Sarban Confederation of the Pashtun people. They are found in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) of Pakistan, and in some eastern parts of Afghanistan.

In addition, some Yusufzai trace their lineages from 18th century India, most notably in the Rohilkhand region as well as the Tonk area, many of whom form a part of the larger Rohilla community.
